Pig Butchery Class

We'll break down the whole pig - from nose to tail. You'll see exactly how we do it at The Meat Hook!  From there, we'll cook up pieces of the animal as we're breaking it down, giving you a much better understanding of the different parts, textures and flavors of each muscle. 

Everyone will get 2 amazing beers from brewed right here at Threes Brewing.
