Pig Butchery Class

The Meat Hook is offering butchery classes to help you understand where your food comes from. 

Our Pork Butchery class will outline the Meat Hook method of breaking down a half pig. We will tackle everything from our animal husbandry standards to cooking techniques. We will taste various cuts of the animal, as well as a selection of our house-made charcuterie.
