Chicken Butchery and Basic Knife Skills

Build your confidence in the kitchen with the fundamentals that every home chef needs! The class starts out with a knife skills portion where students will learn to chop, dice, julienne, and mince. For the second portion, students will learn to truss, spatchcock, and break down a chicken into 8 pieces. Followed by a couple of delicious Three’s Brewing beers, snacks will also be provided.
